How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your TRANSFORMR account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Open the TRANSFORMR app
- Tap Profile (bottom right tab)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap About
- Tap Delete Account
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irrecoverably removed:
- Profile and personal information (name, email, display photo)
- All workout and fitness logs (sessions, sets, reps, weights, PRs)
- All nutrition logs (meals, macros, water intake, supplements)
- All body measurements and weight history
- All habit tracking data and streak history
- All sleep and mood logs
- All journal entries and reflections
- All business and finance data (revenue, expenses, budgets, net worth)
- All progress photos and form check videos
- All vision board items and goal data
- All challenge enrollments and completion history
- All partner connections and shared data
- All AI chat history and coaching conversations
- All lab results and biomarker data
- All notification preferences and app settings
Data Retention
Anonymized subscription payment records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting compliance. After 90 days, all remaining data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
Alternative Deletion Method
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email:
Send an email to support@automateai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
