Automate AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TRANSFORMR mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your information when you use our app.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Protect Your Information
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted via TLS (Transport Layer Security)
- Encryption at Rest: Your data is encrypted at rest within our database infrastructure powered by Supabase
- Row-Level Security: Database-level policies ensure users can only access their own data
- Biometric Authentication: Optional biometric lock (Face ID / fingerprint) adds an additional layer of security to your account
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate TRANSFORMR:
- Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Subject to Supabase Privacy Policy
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI coaching and personalization features. Conversations are processed to generate responses but are not used to train Anthropic's models
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store your full credit card information
None of these third-party services receive your health data for their own purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
5. Data Retention
- Your data is stored for as long as your account remains active
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 90 days
- Anonymized subscription payment records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance
- You may request data deletion at any time (see Delete Your Account)
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Export: Download your data in a portable format
- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Correct: Update or correct inaccurate personal information

7. Children's Privacy
TRANSFORMR is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. 8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and email. Your continued use of TRANSFORMR after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
