By creating an account or using TRANSFORMR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

TRANSFORMR is not a medical device, medical service, financial advisory service, or psychological counseling service. It is a self-improvement tool designed to help you track and optimize various aspects of your life.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Tier: Basic features with limited AI interactions
• Pro Tier: Full feature access with enhanced AI coaching
• Elite Tier: Premium features including advanced analytics and priority support
• Partners Tier: Shared access for couples and accountability partners

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which you subscribed. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Content

• You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to TRANSFORMR
• By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing app functionality and AI-powered features
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• You may export or delete your data at any time

6. AI Features Disclaimer

TRANSFORMR uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching, recommendations, and insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, financial, or psychological advice
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — use your own judgment
• You should always consult qualified professionals before making significant health, fitness, or financial decisions

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use TRANSFORMR to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

8. Health Disclaimer

We are not registered financial advisors, and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment or major financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automate AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TRANSFORMR.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or remain inactive for an extended period
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data deletion procedures

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TRANSFORMR shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
